  • How to reschedule a service with Fabulous Cleaning Solutions?
    It's simple. Call the local office and speak with a representative. We will assist you in rescheduling your service without a problem. Understand that scheduling a time may be unsafe due to weather or holidays times may be busy. Your understanding and cooperation in rescheduling is greatly appreciated.
  • How to receive a quote?
    Contact a representative from Fabulous Cleaning and we will arrange a visit to your location to give an adequate estimate. We like to review the cleaning location to best serve you the services that we offer.
  • I have an alarm system. What do I do on days my house is cleaned?
    If your home has a security system, please provide us with the code and steps necessary for us to turn off the alarm. We will reset the alarm when we leave. Alternatively, you may want to disable it on the day of your scheduled clean.
  • Do I need to be present for a cleaning service?
    No, because we perform our services during work hours. We understand that our clients need to be either at work or running errands or on vacation when we do our services. We want our clients to be more relaxed when they arrive at there home or office after we perform a service.
  • What if somethings is damaged during a service?
    We treat every home or office with the utmost respect. If any of our team damaged or breaks performing our service, we'll do our best to repair or replace or reimburse the item. Our team is fully insured, so claims can be filed when appropriate.

We want to make it easy for our customers to pay for our services and that is the reason we have different payment options using various methods including paying with a check or cash.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that there are times when you must reschedule or cancel a cleaning services.  However, when you do not contact us to cancel a service, you may be preventing another client from receiving our services at that time and rescheduling our workers. If a service is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, you will be subject to be charged a $25.00 fee for administration purposes.
